Michael Neidhoefer, CEO
Michael co-founded Netbiscuits and serves the company as CEO since 2000. He is one of the first true Mobile Internet pioneers in Germany and today one of the most experienced individuals in the mobile market and a valued industry voice as speaker. He is overall responsible for the Netbiscuits Strategy as well as Sales and Marketing and successfully grew the business to a market leading software company serving 300+ business customers and major brands such as eBay, Yahoo and AOL.
Michael started his professional career working for an large UK based company where he was head of IT in Germany and project manager for international software projects inGermany, UK, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. Michael is an active member in mobile market shaping organizations such as Mobile Monday, MMA, CTIA, MEF and inMobile. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Business and Engineering of the University of Kaiserslautern. He was nominated for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Germany in 2008.
Guido Moggert, CFO
Guido is co-founder of Netbiscuits and is responsible for Finance, Administration and Human Resources. He manages the growth of the business to more than 80 employees in the U.S., Europe and Asia today. He has successfully implemented appropriate ERP, accounting and billing systems and manages the investor relations. Guido holds a Master's Degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Duncan Hallas, COO
Duncan joined Netbiscuits in 2010 and oversees the company's global sales, partner and services operations. Duncan is an experienced sales leader and expert on the business aspects of successful mobile channel strategies. Before joining Netbiscuits he was charged with developing international mobile business strategy at Skype and has held a number of senior sales, marketing and consultant roles over the past decade at pioneering mobile and internet companies including Pitch Entertainment Group, mBlox, Netsize and Mobile Streams. Duncan received a B.A. in Events Management at Leeds Met University.
Daniel Weisbeck, CMO
Daniel joined Netbiscuits in 2012 as CMO and is responsible for overall marketing and product strategy as well as execution. He is charged with evolving all aspects of Netbiscuits global marketing activities and product roadmap. Daniel draws on over 20 years of international technology marketing experience in senior roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Marketing in the EMEA region at Polycom. Daniel helped build the strategic vision of new and existing business for companies such as Corel, VisionTe and 3dfx. Daniel holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota and is based at Netbiscuits' London.
Christian Reitz, CTO
Christian is co-founder and CTO of Netbiscuits and is overall responsible for Software Development and Professional Services. He manages the software development roadmap for Netbiscuits and oversees the professional services unit of Netbiscuits delivering high quality mobile software solutions to more than 200 business customers in 40+ countries and managed more than 800 successful mobile projects in the last 8 years. Christian holds a Master's Degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He received the award for Best Graduate of his MBE class in 2000.
