Michael Neidhoefer, CEO
Michael co-founded Netbiscuits and has served as CEO since 2000. As one of the pioneers of the mobile internet in Germany, he is a respected industry voice and speaker.
He has overall responsibility for company strategy, as well as sales and marketing; having successfully grown Netbiscuits to its current position as a market-leading provider of software solutions, serving major brands such as eBay, Google, Coca-Cola, Axel Springer and Procter & Gamble
Michael began his professional career working for a large UK-based company, where he was head of IT in Germany, managing international software projects in Germany, UK, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. Michael is an active member of key organizations in the industry, including Mobile Monday, MMA, CTIA, MEF and inMobile. Michael holds a master’s degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern. In 2008, he was nominated for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Germany.

Guido Moggert, CFO
One of the Netbiscuits co-founders, Guido has responsibility for finance, administration and human resources. He has overseen the financial growth of the company since 2000, which now has over 150 employees across the U.S., Europe and Asia. In addition to managing Investor Relations, he’s successfully led ERP, financial planning and accounting system transformation projects. Guido holds a master’s degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Daniel Weisbeck, CMO & COO
Daniel joined Netbiscuits in 2012 as CMO, and has responsibility for overall marketing and product strategy, as well as execution. He is in charge of evolving all aspects of global marketing activities and the Netbiscuits product roadmap. Daniel draws on over 20 years of international technology marketing experience in senior roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Marketing for the EMEA region at Polycom. Daniel helped build the strategic vision of new and existing business for companies such as Corel, VisionTe and 3dfx. Daniel holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota.

Christian Reitz, CTO
A Netbiscuits co-founder, Christian is a technology pioneer in charge of the software development team responsible for the Netbiscuits Cloud Platform. He manages all aspects of software development for the company, overseeing an experienced team of software engineers. Under Christian’s leadership, the team has delivered over 800 mobile web software projects to over 200 customers in the last 8 years. Christian holds a master’s degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, and was awarded the highest accolade of his graduating MBE class in 2000.
