Netbiscuits was founded in 2000 by the pioneers in the Mobile Internet business in Germany: Michael Neidhoefer (CEO), Guido Moggert (CFO), Christian Reitz (CTO) and Martin Suess (COO). Currently Netbiscuits has more than 100 employees and offices around the globe in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
Netbiscuits operates profitably since 2002 and in 2006 conducted a growth investment with Creathor Venture, one of the leading German Venture Capital companies. In 2011 T-Venture, the venture capital arm of Deutsche Telekom, and Creathor Venture provide Netbiscuits with expansion capital of several million Euro. The investment allows Netbiscuits to take the company’s growth strategy for the USA to the next level and expand business in core markets in Europe and Asia.
The Netbiscuits business is divided into:
