Michael Neidhoefer, CEO

 

Michael has co-founded Netbiscuits and serves the company since 2000 as CEO. He is one of the true first Mobile Internet pioneers in Germany and today one of the most experienced individuals in the mobile market and a valued industry voice as speaker. He is overall responsible for the Netbiscuits Strategy as well as Sales and Marketing and successfully grew the business to a market leading software company serving + 200 business customers and major brands such as eBay, Yahoo or AOL.

 

Michael started his professional career working for an large UK based company where he was head of IT in Germany and project manager for international software projects in Germany, UK, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden. Michael is active member in mobile market shaping organizations such as Mobile Monday, MMA, CTIA, MEF and inMobile. Michael holds a degree of Master of Business and Engineering of the University of Kaiserslautern. He was nominated for the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Germany in 2008.

  
 

Guido Moggert, CFO

 

Guido is co-founder of Netbiscuits and is responsible for Finance, Administration and Human Resources. He manages the growth of the business to more than 80 employees in the U.S., Europe and Asia today. He successfully has implemented appropriate ERP, accounting and billing systems and manages the investor relations. Guido holds a degree of Master of Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

 

  
 

Christian Reitz, CTO

 

Christian is co-founder and CTO of Netbiscuits and is overall responsible for Software Development and Professional Services. He manages the software development roadmap for Netbiscuits and oversees the professional services unit of Netbiscuits delivering high quality mobile software solutions to more than 200 business customers in +40 countries and managed more than 800 successful mobile projects in the last 8 years. Christian holds a degree of Master of Business and Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He received the award for Best Graduate of the MBE class in 2000.

  
 

Martin Suess, COO

  

Martin co-founded Netbiscuits and heads the ASP, IT services and QA department of Netbiscuits as COO. He successfully established the ASP operations web platform for Netbiscuits serving millions of optimized pages and content items to mobile devices each day. He also set up the internal QA organization and manages the device and solution testing team. Martin holds a bachelor degree of the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany and is active member in the STI initiative of Fraunhofer institute in Kaiserslautern.

  
 

Ran Farmer, Managing Director North America

 

Ran joined Netbiscuits in 2005 responsible for sales and marketing in the North American region. Prior to working for Netbiscuits he founded and managed two technology businesses in the field of communications and mobile services in Eastern Europe. Before he worked for consultancy firms such as KPMG Peat Marwick, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and was partner at Deloitte & Touche. Ran holds a Master’s Degree in industrial administration and policy from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Bachelor of Sciences degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

  
 

Joerg Krahnert,  Managing Director APAC

 

Joerg is the Managing Director for the APAC. In this role, Joerg oversees the strategy development as well as the operational sales activities for Netbiscuits in the Asia Pacific region. Joerg has over 14 years of experience in business development and marketing, most of which have been in the Internet, Media and Telecommunication industries. Joerg has also spent over 12 years in various parts of Asia, including Singapore, Korea and Hong Kong and is highly connected in the Telecommunications and Internet ecosphere in the region.


Joerg is a frequent speaker at Internet, Media and Telecom conferences and currently serves as a Board Member of the Asia Chapter of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF). He has earned a post-graduate degree of Business Administration from the University of Berlin.
